1. Any violation by licensee of this agreement shall cause this license to be terminated. In the event of termination, and without limiting any other remedies which may be available against you, you must immediately return the font software to Buro Destruct and certify that no copies remain in your possession or exist on the originally licensed site. 2. The user of Buro Destruct font software agrees to credit Buro Destruct as the trademark and copyright owner of the Buro Destruct fonts and list the font names, wherever and whenever design, production, or any other credits are shown. 3. Buro Destruct makes no warranties express or implied as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. Without limiting the aforementioned, Buro Destruct shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, and loss of business information, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Paid fonts: 4. You are responsible for securing this data and making sure that unlicensed copies do not leave your possession. This font software and artwork are licensed for use on 1 printer and 2 seats connected to the same network or 1 private and 1 business seat. If your configuration exceeds this format, following options are available for multiple licenses: 2 licenses: 2 printers and up to 4 computers 3 licenses: up to 4 printers and up to 8 computers 4 licenses: up to 6 printers and up to 12 computers 5 licenses: up to 8 printers and up to 16 computers 6 licenses: up to 10 printers and up to 20 computers 10 licenses: up to 20 printers and up to 40 computers 20 licenses: up to 40 printers and up to 80 computers 5. The buyer accepts the number of glyphs in a font set as is. Buro Destruct is not obliged to build and provide missing characters for free. The guaranteed minimum character set of a Buro Destruct varies from earlier to newer fonts. In case you are unsure the fonts features your needed glyphs, please contact us before buying. 6. Modifying and remixing Buro Destruct paid fonts is allowed as long as they are not made publicly available, resold, distributed commercially. Modifying Buro Destruct paid font letters, glyphs for logotypes and titles is ok of course. Free fonts: 7. Buro Destruct free fonts are free to use in all your personal and non commercial designs. For commercial use of Buro Destruct free fonts (eg. for branding, logotypes, products like tshirts, cd covers, games etc.) please contact us prior publishing your design). While they are free, they are not in the public domain and remain in the exclusive property of Buro Destruct. The free and non free Buro Destruct fonts may not be redistributed in any way (they may not be resold, distributed commercially, they may not be made available for download) without the written permission of Buro Destruct. 8. Remixes of Buro Destruct free fonts are welcome. Anyhow the designer of the remix version must mention the source of the design as follows: «Remix version from original typeface BD "Fontname" by Buro Destruct / Typedifferent.com» and get in contact with Buro Destruct prior releasing it to the public.
